About Kenya

Famous for its classic wildlife safaris, Kenya is a country of extremes, from the metropolis of Nairobi, colorful tribal cultures, savannah safaris, bird life experience, coral reefs, the list is endless. For many people, Kenya is East Africa in microcosm offering an exclusive wildlife safari experience from the Northern Frontier through the Great Rift Valley to the Southern plains of the Mara. The wildlife experience is coated with the soaking up on the African sun on the coastal beaches that are on the shores of the Indian Ocean. The pristine beaches and golden sunsets will leave you breathless. In a nutshell, the country is a pearl in Sub Saharan Africa.

Nairobi City

Kenya's capital and largest city, Nairobi, is legendary for its colorful colonial history. Taking a tour to the Nairobi National Museum is a great one-stop spot to see exhibits on Kenya's history, nature, culture, and contemporary art. Another popular tourist attraction is the Karen Blixen Museum, a restored residence of the famous Danish author of the book, "Out of Africa." To see wildlife without venturing far from the city center, visit Nairobi National Park (the only Park in a capital city in the world), there is a black rhino sanctuary and also home to a host of other classic safari stars. And no visit to Nairobi would be complete without popping into the Giraffe Centre near the famous Giraffe Manor where these long-necked beauties eat out of visitors' hands.

Coastal Kenya

The warm azure waters of the Indian ocean are just waiting to entice you in while the palm tree-lined beaches are a stunning spot for relaxation. It’s the perfect place to relax and soak up the African sun before or after your Kenyan Safari experience. The pristine beaches and golden sunsets to admire, partly it’s a historic old town and partly a modern tourist hub. History buffs will enjoy exploring the 16th-century Fort Jesus and Old Town with its narrow streets, ancient Swahili dwellings, markets, and souvenir shops. Malindi is town where travelers come to sun on the white sands of Watamu Beach, dive the coral reefs and soak up a dose of Swahili history in the historic town, dating from the 12th century. For those who enjoy exploring below the surface, go snorkeling or scuba diving from a traditional dhow, Dolphin watching and deep-sea fishing.
